Brewer Sports International has announced that it will stage a two-day seminar on June 20-21 at the historic Minneapolis Club in downtown Minneapolis, where it will address sports law issues and, more specifically, concussions.
The concussion portion of the event is set for the second day, when the firm will host what it is calling the #C4CT (Coalition for Concussion Treatment) Concussion Awareness Summit
The Summit “will focus on important scientific, medical, translational and prevention related topics as they pertain to the emerging societal problem of Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI), particularly on their long-term impacts on athletes and soldiers. All panels will include industry experts, international business leaders, and current and former professional athletes.”
Both the Summit and the 3rd Annual Sports Law for Rookies and Veterans CLE, which will be held the first day, “will allow guests to network and engage with industry leaders and high-profile business executives from across the globe along with numerous current and former professional athletes, celebrities and organizations spanning all major professional sports leagues.”
