Anderson to Speak at Traumatic Brain Injury 2.0 on Veterans Day

Paul D. Anderson, one of the nation’s foremost experts on the legal side of the sports concussion issue, will be one of several speakers at Traumatic Brain Injury 2.0, which will be held November 11 at the School of Law at the University of Missouri.

The symposium is being billed as an exploration of “The Science, Treatment and Legal Considerations Behind One of Our Nation’s Most Pressing Issues.” More details can be found here: http://law.missouri.edu/faculty/veterans-clinic-symposium/

Anderson is an attorney at the Klamann Law Firm in Kansas City. He also serves as an adjunct professor of law at UMKC, teaching The Emergence and Transformation of Concussion Litigation. During his last year of law school, he immersed himself in the medical and legal issues involving concussions in sports. Noting the emerging area of sport concussion injury litigation, he created the website NFLConcussionLitigation.com. It has become the “go-to source” for chronicling the litigation against the NFL and NCAA. The national media regularly seeks his insight, and he has been a panelist at multiple CLEs and sports law symposiums discussing the NFL and NCAA concussion litigation.
